CFCS is committed to helping people from all walks of life, regardless of their family situation or financial status. We offer many different educational and financial assistance programs available to those who are in need.
Mother Teresa Program
CFCS created this program, inspired by Mother Teresa’s work with the poor, in order to provide sacred and dignified funeral and cemetery services to those who would otherwise be unable to pay for them. Funded through donations, this program is available to individuals within the community, as well as victims of violent crimes. These individuals are provided with complete burial or internment services in accordance with the Order of Christian Funerals.
All Souls Remembrance Program
CFCS offers a dignified committal in our All Souls Remembrance Crypt of the cremated remains of anyone, of any faith, at any of our cemeteries. This is available at no charge and ensures that cremated remains do not remain at home or end up forgotten or scattered, following the Order of Christian Funerals and will be permanently interred within the consecrated grounds of the Catholic Cemetery.
Family Heritage Program
This unique program allows for graves, crypts or niches already owned by families to be transformed into a family estate. Depending on the grave, crypt or niche selected, a number of cremated remains can typically be added. The plot will serve as a family’s final gathering place, allowing family members who have lived apart to be together on their final journey, as well a place where generations can remember their ancestors.
Obituary Program
This unique program features helpful tools, forms, downloads, samples and other information you’ll need to craft the perfect obituary. You can also search other obituaries, add photos, share with others and offer your thoughts through an online guest book. For more information, please click here.
Legacy of Faith Program
When you purchase certain cemetery properties from any of our Catholic Cemeteries, you may be eligible for a tax deduction based on the value of that property. The purchase works as a donation to the Legacy of Faith Program, which is the amount above the appraised value of that qualifying property type you purchase with CFCS.
